ABOVE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE FEES FOR SPECIAL SERVICES REQUESTED, SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $250.00 OR STATE (6%) & LOCAL (5%) USE TAXES AND SHOULD BE USED ONLY FOR ESTIMATING RENTAL CHARGES.
